The Glanza V or "flyer" as it was known in Japan weighed slightly more than the older EP82 models however a redesigned turbo increased performance. This car was called the Toyota Glanza V and had a more modern look. In 1996 Toyota released a Turbo Starlet using the same basic engine design with some slight changes.
